And that’s a wrap! 🎉 Our 5-day Staff Orientation Programme came to a meaningful close at HOPE Qatar Centre. 💙

From quality & performance management to parent communication, customer service, CPD planning, waste segregation, and environmental housekeeping, our team learned, shared, and engaged throughout the day. 🤝🌱

🏆 We ended the programme by celebrating our participants with certificates of completion and recognising our daily activity winners with gift vouchers🎓👏

From IEP development and lesson planning to classroom observations, documentation, performance evaluation, emergency preparedness, and student safety, our team engaged in valuable, practical learning. 📚🤝

Day 3 of Staff Orientation 2026 at HOPE Qatar Centre for Persons with Disabilities was filled with practical learning, teamwork, and valuable experiences. 💙
From academic & therapeutic interventions and IEP practice to disciplinary procedures, hazard identification, emergency mock drills, incident reporting, investigation, and first-aid documentation — our team actively participated and learned together. 📚🤝
