Misal Pav, a favorite from the Maharashtra region of India. It is a spicy thick curry made from sprouted lentils served with an even spicier gravy to increase the heat, some mixed snacks and chopped tomatoes, onions, coriander and lemon wedges on the side. The heat from the spices is what makes this dish amazing. It is paired with Indian style bread called pav but here I have used mini baguette breads.
