The Healthcare Management(HCM) Course is about equipping senior healthcare leaders with the knowledge and skills to become change agents for healthcare innovation.
Drawing on the latest thinking and real-life cases, HCM takes a practical approach by examining real-world challenges in healthcare from a general management perspective with the input of all participants and faculty.
The program is delivered in multiple modules offering a mix of class sessions that explore the drivers of change in healthcare systems, key innovations and their implications, the challenges faced by value chain players and how to address them. The modules focus especially on the transformation of the health value chain, the role of digital transformation on healthcare innovation and the future healthcare landscape.
