Hamad Bin Khalifa University hosted the 10th CEOs and Islamic Finance Leaders Roundtable at the Minaretein, bringing together leading voices from Qatar’s financial and academic sectors to explore the future of digital Islamic finance.
Centered around the theme “Building Trust in Digital Islamic Finance: Tokenization, Governance and Qatar’s Leadership in Asset-Backed Innovation,” the discussions highlighted emerging opportunities, governance challenges, and the growing role of blockchain and tokenization in shaping transparent, Shariah-aligned financial ecosystems.
The event reinforced the importance of collaboration between academia, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry leaders in advancing innovative and future-ready financial frameworks grounded in Arab and Islamic values.
