Exams are round the corner and it is that time of the year when students and their parents alike feel the heat of the last lap of the race. These are moments filled with aspiration and perspiration alike. But there are times when children feel more than just having 'Exam fear'. They feel nervous and anxious about the upcoming assessments of their IQ. The fact that their future depends on these exams only adds to the pressure on them. While some stress is good for performance, an excess becomes counterproductive.
Let us understand how to deal with this common symptom 'exam anxiety' in students before their final exams. We have 2 experienced psychologists, Ms Swapnaja Deshpande and Ms Nithya Sriram, who will be leading the discussion and sharing valuable insight and tips on how to handle exam stress.
