Continuous Professional Development at Lovedale
One week of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at Lovedale International Kindergarten — a week filled with learning, sharing, reflection and growth!
Our teachers actively participated in demonstration sessions, collaborative learning and hands-on workshops, sharing their creativity, teaching strategies and classroom experiences.
The CPD programme also included a special workshop led by our Principal, Ms Vincy John, focusing on The Power of Connection — reminding teachers that meaningful relationships are at the heart of every child’s learning journey.
Objective
To strengthen teachers’ professional skills, encourage the sharing of best practices, enhance classroom strategies, and build stronger teacher–child connections so that every child feels heard, valued, supported and loved.
