Love yourself first, put yourself first. People seem to think that putting yourself first is a selfish act. But just think for a second about how effectively you can help others if you are not equipped yourself. Take time for yourself, nurture your mind, body and soul, spend quality time with YOU and in turn, watch the blessings unfold.

In a hierarchical system those that chooses to judge you have their own version of your truth, which is different to your actual truth. Other people’s thoughts and opinions are merely a distraction from your ability to stay true to who you are and live without fear of loss or rejection. Instead, choose to love those who have ‘done you wrong’ and know this is all part of your growth, your test, your journey, your life sequence. Be grateful for the blessings and the mishaps 🥰

Today I share the beauty of the sun amongst the chaos of the traffic in front of me. In this moment I felt immense gratitude and it just reminded me that we can always find beauty within the chaos, if we just stop and witness... Live life with gratitude 💖

We can only do what we say we can do…For the last few days of doing this asana I consciously told myself that I cannot hold this position and therefore I would not. This morning I didn’t tell myself anything and this happened! Once we remove our limiting beliefs, we can do anything!
