Hygiene, Skin Preparation & Natural Makeup Application
This beginner-friendly workshop introduces participants to the fundamental principles of professional makeup artistry. The session focuses on professional hygiene, effective skin preparation, basic colour correcting techniques, and a step-by-step natural makeup application demonstrated on a model.
Participants will observe the demonstration, follow guided explanations, and engage in a short interactive Q&A. Techniques taught are practical, wearable, and suitable for everyday or professional settings.

Workshop Content:
-Professional Hygiene & Safety: Hand sanitisation, brush cleaning, use of disposable tools, safe product handling, and professional conduct with models/clients
-Skin & Skincare Preparation: Cleansing, moisturising, primer, eye care essentials, preparing skin for smooth, long-lasting makeup
-Colour Correcting Basics: Introduction to colour theory, correcting common skin concerns (redness, dark circles, dullness), light application and blending techniques
-Base Makeup Fundamentals: Foundation shade matching and application, concealer placement, setting makeup for a natural finish
-Completing a Natural Makeup Look: Brow shaping and definition, blush placement, natural lip application, simple eyeshadow, achieving balance in the overall look
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
-Understand professional hygiene standards

TRAINER DETAILS
Ishfahani Preena is a BABTAC-certified makeup artist with professional expertise in all aspects of makeup artistry. With a decade of experience as a flight attendant with an international airline, she has developed a strong understanding of professional grooming, presentation, and personal style.
Her extensive airline experience has carried forward into her work as a makeup artist, giving her unique insights into creating polished and professional looks, attention to detail, and understanding the importance of image in both professional and everyday settings. This combination of makeup expertise and industry experience enables her to deliver training and services that reflect professionalism, precision, and confidence.
