تهدف ورش وبرامج التطوير المهني في معهد التطوير التربوي إلى تمكين المعلّمين من مواكبة المستجدات التربوية عبر أدوات واستراتيجيات تدريس حديثة، بما يسهم في تطوير الممارسات التعليمية.



Professional development workshops and programmes at the Education Development Institute aim to empower educators to keep pace with emerging educational practices through modern pedagogical tools and instructional strategies, enhancing teaching practices.

استعدادًا لورش عمل البكالوريا الدولية عن بُعد،
استضاف معهد التطوير التربوي قادة الورش والممثلين الميدانيين في جلسة عبر الإنترنت لتبادل الخبرات والاستعداد لاستقبال 169 مشاركًا من قطر وخارجها.

تشمل ورش العمل الـتسعة عشر برامج السنوات الابتدائية، والمتوسطة، والدبلوم، إضافةً إلى برنامج المسار المهني والقيادة، بما يمهّد لانطلاقة ثلاثة أيام من التعلّم والتفكّر في بيئة تفاعلية.

نتطلع إلى تنمية مجتمع عالمي من التربويين، يجمعهم هدف مشترك ورؤية ورسالة البكالوريا الدولية.



 In preparation for the virtual IB workshops,
the Education Development Institute (EDI) brought together workshop leaders and field representatives in an online session to exchange insights and prepare to welcome 169  participants from Qatar and beyond.

The 19 workshops span the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), as well as the Career-related Programme (CP) and Leadership, setting the stage for three days of learning and reflection in an engaging remote environment.

We look forward to fostering a global community of educators united by a shared purpose and the vision and mission of the International Baccalaureate.

تنطلق القيادة المدرسية الفاعلة من الوعي بالذات، وتتعمق من خلال تحديد نقاط القوة وتوظيفها بوعي قبل ممارسة قيادة الآخرين
يُقدَّم برنامج القيادة القائمة على نقاط القوة يومي 20–21 أبريل بإشراف رزان حماد.
يركّز البرنامج على مقاربات تدريبية قائمة على نقاط القوة، ويستعرض أدوات عملية مدعومة بالأدلة، تهدف إلى تعزيز الكفاءة القيادية، تحسين الأداء المهني، ودعم بناء بيئات تعلم مستدامة ذات أثر مؤسسي واضح.

School leadership is grounded in self-awareness and strengthened through a deep understanding of one’s capacities prior to leading others.
Join us on 20-21 April for the Strengths-Based Leadership program by Razan Hamad.
Participants will engage with evidence-informed, practical tools aimed at enhancing leadership practice and fostering more effective and sustainable learning environments.

‎انطلاقًا من إيماننا بأهمية الصحة النفسية، أطلق معهد التطوير التربوي دورة مجانية لموظفي مؤسسة قطر – التعليم ما قبل الجامعي، بهدف تعزيز ممارسات التدريس وبناء بيئة صفية داعمة للمعلمين والطلاب، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على جودة التعليم والتعلّم. 



Guided by our belief in the importance of mental wellbeing , the Education Development Institute has launched a free course for Qatar Foundation Pre-University Education employees to enhance teaching practices and foster a supportive classroom environment for both teachers and students, ultimately contributing to improved teaching and learning quality.
