A room full of colour, curiosity, and quiet magic ✨
In this workshop, we explored the beauty of nature through art—turning delicate plants into bold compositions, experimenting with shape, contrast, and imagination. Each piece became a small window into how differently we see the same world.
Watching these young artists create, take risks, and proudly share their work was a reminder: creativity isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, play, and finding your own voice.
So proud of every single one of these creations 💛🌿

A truly inspiring weekend of learning took place through workshops organised and funded by EduManSha Associação, a forward-thinking NGO based in Lisbon.
We exchanged ideas, explored new perspectives, and proved that painting doesn’t have to be complicated — it can actually be simple and fun. It was such a pleasure to facilitate!
Follow us for more inspiring workshops and learning opportunities coming soon.

Another great workshop organised and funded by EduManSha Associação, a forward-thinking NGO based in Lisbon, that I had a pleasure to be a part of 💜
This is one of the many opportunities offered to residents of Lisbon, where learners explore creativity and self-expression through art.
The session encouraged creativity, confidence, and sharing ideas through visual storytelling, drawing with charcoal, and creating a vision board.

Today’s workshop was truly special. ✨
A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful ladies who joined and brought such beautiful energy, creativity, and openness to the space. Watching each of you explore, create, and share your unique vision was incredibly inspiring. Every piece made today carried its own story, and together they created a room full of imagination and joy. 🎨💫 Thank you, Natalia, from for your wonderful meditation techniques!
A big thank you as well to EduMansha and for making this workshop possible and for supporting spaces where creativity, connection, and self-expression can flourish.

The ‘Tree of Choice’ project is a +/-60-minute lesson idea. It aims to contrast the various behaviour choices that are presented to us in life, give STUDENTS the ability to review adjectives of personality, and more importantly, reflect on the choices they make in their everyday lives. It can be easily adjusted to almost all age groups and levels. Enjoy!

❤️Every International Women´s Day, we try to reflect on women who somehow inspired us. Sometimes they are famous, other times historical figures — but often they are just regular women you’ve never read about in a newspaper. They are our friends, family members, or colleagues. We often hold them up as role models because of their outstanding personal qualities.
Here´s a lesson idea that encourages group work and autonomous learning in the context of the qualities of an inspiring woman.
