What is “office jargon”? 🤔

A particular category of business-related vocabulary is known in English as “office jargon”, and also known as “management speak”. We introduce you to a few here, so that you know what they mean if you hear them yourself and so that you too know how to use them in a business environment!

This is usually used to mean “from now on”. Some may consider it to have connotations of moving on positively from something negative that may have occurred: “we’ll adopt a different approach going forward”.
