🌟 O Comité Olímpico de Portugal e a equipa do Programa de Educação Olímpica reconheceram publicamente o trabalho desenvolvido pela 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝘀í𝗮𝗱𝗮 na promoção dos valores olímpicos da 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹ê𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮, 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗼.

👏 O reconhecimento destaca, em particular, o empenho da 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗧ú𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮, diretora do Instituto de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade Lusíada (Lisboa), na valorização do Desporto e do Olimpismo enquanto instrumentos de educação, cidadania e inclusão.

🏃 Um dos momentos marcantes desta colaboração foi a 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗢𝗹í𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮, realizada no campus de Lisboa, no âmbito do Dia Olímpico. A iniciativa reuniu a comunidade académica em torno do espírito de equipa, da cooperação, da superação e do fair play, aliando a prática desportiva à promoção da saúde, do bem-estar e da cidadania ativa.

🤝 Esta distinção traduz o compromisso da Universidade Lusíada com uma formação integral, capaz de transmitir conhecimento, inspirar valores e contribuir para uma sociedade mais participativa, inclusiva e solidária.

👏 Três estudantes da 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝘀í𝗮𝗱𝗮, membros das Associações Académicas de Lisboa e do Porto, foram eleitos para os órgãos da Federação Nacional do Ensino Superior Particular e Cooperativo (FNESPC):

🔹 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗶 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮 — vice-presidente da FNESPC;
🔹 𝗩𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗦á 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗶𝘀 — vice-presidente da FNESPC;
🔹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝘀 — presidente da Mesa da Assembleia Geral da FNESPC.

🤝 Com um mandato de um ano, os estudantes da Lusíada passam a integrar uma estrutura de representação nacional que congrega associações académicas e estudantes de 65 instituições de ensino superior particular e cooperativo.

💬 Esta eleição reforça a presença da Universidade Lusíada no movimento associativo estudantil e coloca os seus estudantes no centro do debate sobre a igualdade de oportunidades, a ação social, os apoios aos estudantes, a valorização do ensino superior e a coesão territorial.

🎓 Researcher at the 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 at the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠, Germany, Brigitte Bernard-Rau develops research in key areas for the future of financial systems, including sustainable finance regulation, ESG and impact investing, sustainability performance measurement, and the role of financial markets in supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy.

💼 Her work combines academic research with extensive professional experience in sustainable finance. She previously worked as an ESG analyst at oekom research AG, now ISS STOXX, and has also developed professional activity in international business development and at the European Commission.

📚 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐝-𝐑𝐚𝐮 has published extensively on sustainable finance, ESG ratings, corporate sustainability and European Union regulatory frameworks. She is also actively involved in international research and policy initiatives focused on impact investing and sustainable finance.

🌱 Her participation will bring a highly relevant academic, professional and policy-oriented perspective to the conference, strengthening the debate on how finance can contribute to decarbonisation, sustainability and the transition to a more resilient low-carbon economy.

✨ A distinguished Portuguese economist and former Minister of State and Finance, Maria Luís Albuquerque now holds a central role in shaping the European Union’s financial policy, promoting investment, strengthening financial stability and mobilising capital to support Europe’s green, digital and social transitions.

👉 Her participation will bring a highly relevant European perspective to the conference’s discussions on sustainable finance, decarbonisation, competitiveness and the transformation of financial systems.
