We hosted the training course “𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣”, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA1), and Aveiro became a stage for change. 🌍

For four days, ten Irish teachers engaged in an intensive experience focused on inclusive leadership, innovation and digital transformation.

🌱 Growth mindset;
🧠 Communication and neuroscience;
💬 Stress management;
🤖 Artificial Intelligence and digital leadership.

With a practical and collaborative approach, both inside and outside the classroom, this mobility was more than training: it was sharing, European cooperation and real impact on educational communities.

Meet António Quaresma Coelho

With a bachelor's and master's degree in Education Sciences and a Ph.D in Education Administration, António has dedicated his life to reshaping education. 🎓
His teaching career began with innovative pedagogical practices, leading projects that advocated change and alternative models of education.
