☀️💛 What an Incredible Summer at CSI! 🌊🎨🧪

As our CSI Summer Camp comes to an end, we look back with grateful hearts at a month filled with laughter, discovery, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

Together, we explored the world through Science experiments, created beautiful Arts & Crafts, enjoyed exciting sports including handball, football, and judo, danced, sang, cooked delicious treats, played countless games, and spent wonderful days at the beautiful Ilha de Tavira. We visited the Biblioteca Municipal de Tavira, discovered the traditions of our city at the Municipal Market, learned important life skills, and above all, created friendships that will last long after summer has ended. 🌟

Every activity was an opportunity to learn something new, build confidence, solve problems, work as a team, and simply enjoy being children. Watching our campers grow in curiosity, kindness, and independence has been the greatest reward of all. 💙

A heartfelt thank you to all the families for trusting us with your children throughout the summer, and to every club, organisation, guest speaker, and community partner who helped make this camp such a special experience. Your generosity, enthusiasm, and support made every week richer and more meaningful.

Now it's time for our teachers and staff to enjoy a well-deserved rest, recharge their batteries, and prepare for another exciting school year ahead. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for more learning, laughter, and unforgettable moments at CSI.

🥋🎶🎨 Judo, Music & Creativity at CSI Summer Camp! ☀️💛

Yesterday brought another exciting mix of movement, music, creativity, and new experiences to our campers!

We started with a fantastic Judo session with Odiana Judo Clube, guided by Beatriz Fernandes. 🥋 Our campers had the opportunity to discover some of the basics of this amazing sport while developing coordination, balance, focus, discipline, and respect — all while having lots of fun together!

A huge thank you to Odiana Judo Clube and Beatriz Fernandes for sharing their time, knowledge, and enthusiasm with us. Experiences like these give our children the opportunity to try something new, challenge themselves, and perhaps even discover a new passion! 💛👏

The day continued with music activities 🎶, filling our camp with rhythm, movement, and plenty of happy energy.

And, of course, there was time to let our imaginations run free with Arts & Crafts! 🎨✂️ Our campers explored their creativity, created something of their own, and enjoyed those lovely moments of making, sharing, and helping one another.

🤾‍♀️🏖️ Two Wonderful Days of Sport, Sunshine, and Summer Adventures! ☀️💙

This week at CSI Summer Camp has been filled with unforgettable experiences, combining active learning, teamwork, and the beauty of our local surroundings.

On Tuesday, our campers had the fantastic opportunity to take part in a handball session led by Clube de Vela de Tavira. 🤾‍♂️ Through fun drills and exciting games, they developed coordination, teamwork, and confidence while trying something new.

A huge thank you to Clube de Vela de Tavira and their wonderful coach for welcoming our campers and providing such an enjoyable and inspiring experience. We truly appreciate your time, enthusiasm, and support in helping our children discover the joy of sport! 💙👏

On Wednesday, we spent another beautiful day at the stunning Ilha de Tavira. 🏖️🌊 There is nothing quite like enjoying the fresh sea air, building friendships through beach games, and making lasting summer memories under the Algarve sunshine.

From sport to the seaside, these experiences remind us that some of the best learning happens beyond the classroom—through movement, exploration, and shared moments together. ☀️✨

🌞🎉 **Week Three Has Begun at CSI Summer Camp!** 💙

A new week brings new adventures, fresh challenges, and even more opportunities to learn while having fun at **CSI Summer Camp**!

We kicked off **Week Three** with a variety of **brand-new games** that encouraged teamwork, communication, and plenty of laughter. It was fantastic to see our campers supporting one another, making new friends, and embracing every challenge with enthusiasm. 🤝🎯

Our **language classes** also returned, giving campers the opportunity to build their confidence in English and Portuguese through engaging, interactive activities that make learning both meaningful and enjoyable. 📚🌍

In the afternoon, our young **scientists** put on their lab coats for another exciting session of hands-on discovery, exploring the wonders of science through fun experiments and investigation. 🧪🔬

The day continued with everyone's favourite **Bingo**, where concentration, quick thinking, and lots of excitement filled the room, before ending on a high note with energetic **dance activities** that had everyone moving, smiling, and celebrating another fantastic day together. 💃🎶

🍓👩‍🍳💦 A Day Full of Creativity, Teamwork, and Summer Fun! ☀️💛

Yesterday was another action-packed day at CSI Summer Camp, filled with delicious treats, creative challenges, and plenty of laughter!

Our campers became little chefs during our Cooking Class, where they prepared colourful fruit and chocolate kebabs and tasty fruit tablets. 🍓🍌🍫 It was a wonderful opportunity to explore healthy ingredients, practise food preparation skills, and enjoy the delicious results together! 👩‍🍳✨

The excitement continued with energetic gincanas, where teamwork, communication, and determination helped everyone complete fun challenges while cheering each other on. 🤸‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our creative side also came to life through Play-Doh modelling, allowing imaginations to run wild, before campers became storytellers by creating their very own comic strips. Through drawing and storytelling, they explored characters, emotions, and imaginative adventures while developing their creativity and communication skills. 🎨📖

To end the day in the best possible way, everyone cooled off with exciting water games! 💦🌊 There were smiles, laughter, and plenty of splashes as campers enjoyed the summer sunshine together.

🛍️🍅🐝 A Day of Traditions, Creativity, and Community at CSI Summer Camp! 💛

Yesterday was a wonderful day of discovery, connecting our campers with the traditions and people that make Tavira so special. 🌞

Our morning began with a visit to the Tavira Municipal Market, where our campers bought fresh ingredients for our upcoming cooking class. Along the way, they explored the colourful fruit and vegetable stalls, discovered the bustling fish market, and experienced the vibrant atmosphere of one of the city's most cherished places. 🐟🍓🥕

More than just shopping, this visit was an opportunity to learn about the value of money, making thoughtful choices, supporting local businesses, and appreciating where our food comes from. It was a meaningful lesson in recognising the value of the people and things around us. 💶❤️

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful ladies at the market who kindly shared delicious fruits from their own gardens with our campers. Your generosity made our visit even more special and showed our children the true spirit of community. 🍑🍇💛

In the afternoon, we visited the Biblioteca Municipal de Tavira, where creativity and storytelling came together beautifully. Our campers created adorable fabric bees before enjoying the delightful puppet theatre "A Rainha das Abelhas", presented by the talented authors As Duas Margaridas. 🐝🎭📚

Another day filled with learning, kindness, creativity, and unforgettable experiences—the perfect recipe for a CSI Summer Camp adventure! ☀️✨

🏖️☀️ Another Wonderful Beach Day at Ilha de Tavira! 🌊💛

Yesterday, our campers enjoyed another fantastic day at the beautiful Ilha de Tavira, making the most of the sunshine, the sea, and the joy of spending time together outdoors. 🌞

We also had a very special surprise! The lifeguards joined us for an interactive session, teaching our campers all about beach safety. They learned the meaning of the different beach flags, how to stay safe in and around the water, and what to do if they ever witness an emergency—whether on the beach or in the sea. 🚩🛟

It was an engaging and valuable experience that reminded us all that having fun and staying safe go hand in hand. Knowledge like this helps children feel more confident, responsible, and prepared whenever they visit the beach. 🌊💙

A huge thank you to the lifeguards for taking the time to share their knowledge and helping our campers enjoy the beach safely. After all... Safety always comes first! ☀️👏

⚽🌞🎨 A Tuesday Full of Play, Creativity, and Teamwork! 💛

Another fantastic day at CSI Summer Camp was filled with adventure, laughter, and learning!

In the morning, our campers rediscovered the joy of traditional Portuguese games, proving that sometimes the simplest games create the happiest memories. Playing outdoors encourages children to stay active, develop social skills, build friendships, and use their imagination—all while enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful summer weather. 🌿🤸‍♀️

With World Cup fever all around us, we couldn't miss the opportunity to organise our very own football match! ⚽ It was wonderful to see every child included, cheering one another on, and working together as one team. Fair play, respect, and friendship were the real winners of the day! 🤝🏆

In the afternoon, creativity and problem-solving took over! Our campers built impressive pasta constructions, putting their engineering skills to the test, before tackling the exciting Egg Protector Challenge. 🥚✨ Working in teams, they designed creative structures to keep an egg safe, learning that the best ideas often come from collaboration, perseverance, and a little imagination.

☀️🐟 Week Two is Underway at CSI Summer Camp! 💛

A brand-new week means new adventures, new friendships, and even more fun at CSI Summer Camp! 🌟

We kicked off our second week with exciting team games that kept everyone active, laughing, and working together. It was wonderful to see our campers encouraging one another and creating new memories from the very first day. 🎉🤝

Our creativity also took centre stage during Arts & Crafts, where each camper designed and created their very own fidget fish! 🎨🐟 With colourful materials, imagination, and lots of smiles, every fish was as unique as its creator.

Our Mini Scientists were also back in the lab for another exciting session of discovery! 🧪🔬 Through hands-on experiments and scientific exploration, our young scientists asked questions, tested ideas, and uncovered the wonders of science in a fun and engaging way. Curiosity was definitely the star of the day! ✨

The fun just keeps growing at CSI Summer Camp! Over the past two days, our campers have enjoyed a fantastic mix of adventure, creativity, sports, and stories. 🌟

Our Beach Day at Ilha de Tavira was filled with sunshine, sea air, laughter, and unforgettable moments with friends. From playing on the sand to enjoying the beautiful Algarve coast, it was a perfect summer day! 🏖️🌊

Back at camp, creativity took centre stage as our campers designed colourful tie-dye creations, with every t-shirt becoming a unique masterpiece. 🎨👕

The sporting spirit continued with an exciting football session, where every child was included, encouraged, and celebrated. It was wonderful to see friendships grow through teamwork, fair play, and plenty of smiles both on and off the pitch. ⚽🤝

To end the day, we visited the Biblioteca Municipal de Tavira for a very special storytelling session with author Ana Ventura, who shared her beautiful book "O Menino que Gritou para Dentro". 📚✨ Through her story, our campers reflected on emotions, communication, and the importance of expressing our feelings in a safe and healthy way.
