This beginner-friendly class explores connection to ourselves and others through contemporary dance. We combine guided movement material with improvisation and free movement, creating a space for creativity, expression, curiosity, and play.
No previous dance experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to move. Come as you are; all bodies and all souls are welcome!
