When it comes to the rapidly changing streets of Notting Hill, Carlos Gomes is an expert. A staple of Golborne Road since 1982, the Portuguese bakery is a relic of what once was, managing to survive the costly fringes of Portobello Market by championing the country's culture just as they did four decades ago.
