In order to create and submit the application for renewal of Residence Permit for Investment (ARI) in the Renewal Portal, the Tax Identification Number (NIF) must be associated with the registration of the applicant. If you are a lawyer or applicant, duly mandated for the purpose, you may indicate your professional e-mail address for various proceedings, and in each of them you must insert the NIF and the Title of Residence (TR) of each applicant you represent.
Before starting the request, confirm whether the NIF contains the TR you intend to renew and if it is correct. If it is not found or incorrect, request for insertion or rectification of NIF via Contact Form: contactenos.aima.gov.pt
Select:
Subject Type > Renewal Portal
Subject SubType > Rectifying or inserting Tax Identification Number (NIF)
After updating the NIF, you will have to wait two business days and afterwards you will be able to complete the registration on the Portal and proceed with the renewal request.
If necessary, you may also use the Contact Form to insert or change: Address E-mail Social Security Identification Number (NISS) Health User Number (NNU)
For these options, select Subject Type > Renewal Portal, and the corresponding Subject SubType.
Regular updating of applicants' data and contacts contributes to the simplification and streamline of ongoing administrative processes.
Attention: updating the NIF and NISS with AIMA does not exclude the submission of certificate proving the regulated tax situation with AT and Social Security, or non-registration with AT.
নবায়ন পোর্টালে বিনিয়োগের জন্য আবাসিক পারমিট নবায়নের (ARI) আবেদন তৈরি ও জমা দেওয়ার জন্য আবেদনকারীর নিবন্ধনের সাথে ট্যাক্স আইডেন্টিফিকেশন নম্বর (NIF) যুক্ত থাকতে হবে। যদি আপনি আইনজীবী বা আবেদনকারী হন এবং এ উদ্দেশ্যে যথাযথভাবে অনুমোদিত হন, তাহলে বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনার পেশাদার ইমেইল ঠিকানা উল্লেখ করতে পারেন, এবং প্রতিটি কার্যক্রমে আপনাকে আপনার প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা প্রতিটি আবেদনকারীর NIF এবং আবাসিক শিরোনাম (TR) অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে।

Para criar e submeter o pedido de renovação da Autorização de Residência para Investimento (ARI) no Portal de Renovações, o Número de Identificação Fiscal (NIF) tem de estar associado ao registo do requerente. Se for advogado ou solicitador, devidamente mandatado para o efeito, poderá indicar o e-mail profissional para diversos processos, devendo em cada um deles inserir o NIF e o Título de Residência (TR) de cada requerente que represente.
Antes de iniciar o pedido, confirme se o NIF consta no TR que pretende renovar e se está correto. Se não constar ou estiver incorreto, solicite a inserção ou retificação do NIF através do Formulário de Contacto: contactenos.aima.gov.pt
Selecione:
Tipo de Assunto > Portal de Renovações
Subtipo de Assunto > Retificar ou inserir Número de Identificação Fiscal (NIF)
Após a atualização do NIF, terá de aguardar dois dias úteis e, posteriormente, poderá concluir o registo no Portal e avançar com o pedido de renovação.
Caso necessário, também pode utilizar o Formulário de Contacto para inserir ou alterar: Morada E-mail Número de Identificação da Segurança Social (NISS) Número de Utente de Saúde (NNU)
Para estas opções, selecione Tipo de Assunto > Portal de Renovações e o Subtipo de Assunto correspondente.
A atualização regular dos dados e contactos dos requerentes contribui para a simplificação e agilização dos processos administrativos em curso.
Atenção: a atualização do NIF e do NISS junto da AIMA não dispensa a apresentação de certidão que comprove a situação contributiva regularizada perante a AT e a Segurança Social, ou a não inscrição na AT.
