For long i've been feeling the call of the earth in me, of the raw elements. In the past 20 years I've inspired by diferent shamanic practices, and from these there are two that some how clinged to me in a way that I started to organize and guide them, the Sweatlodge ritual, still done mostly in the Southern american (temazkal) and nothern american cultures (Inipi) and also in Siberia. From my own

experiences together with my experience with expression therapies (Bioenergetics, Humaniversity and Osho) today I guide my cerimonies, which happen are therapeutical yes, and mainly a cocreation of the group that gathers around the fire. Then there the Trance Dance Ritual, because vision searching is an important part of my own quest and dancing with tottality is such a strong door and help to achive it.
