🎄Last project update before the Christmas break!
💻The project partners met online today to review the status of activities, which are proceeding fully in line with the timeline.
📚The Digital Operating Manual for Organisational Sustainability is ready and will be available on the official website in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish in a few days.
📊Dissemination and Project Management activities are in line with the application form.
📣The tasks of each partner for the development of the Communication Manual on Digital Organisational Sustainability, which will be ready in early 2026, have been defined.
Pleased with the smooth running of the project activities, we now look forward to the next activities with the same passion and commitment we have shown for those already completed.

🗓️On 16 and 17 October, SOI project partners Studio Risorse Srl and were hosted in Porto by their partner Inovaid for the second face-to-face meeting.
🌿During these two days in Portugal, the details of the second project outcome, the Digital Operating Manual for Organisational Sustainability, were finalised. It will soon be available free of charge in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
➡️During the meeting, the steps for the next activities to be carried out were also defined and the state of the art of the Project Management, Communication, Dissemination and Quality Management activities was verified.

🗓️Today, after the summer break, we met online with our SOI Project partners.
Looking forward to working with them face to face in Porto next month, we took stock of the project activities and are really proud of what we have achieved so far!

📣Great news from our partners!
📚On Friday, 11th of April, during the regular online meeting, the first draft of the Strategic Digital Handbook for Organisational Sustainability (A1) was presented and by the end of the month it will be revised and translated into all languages of the project partners.
⚙️Furthermore, we are already working on the development of the Digital Operating Manual for Organisational Sustainability, which we are confident will provide European small businesses with useful tools for the implementation and management of a sustainable business system.
🛜 Finally, we are happy to inform you that the project website https://www.soiproject.eu/ is now available in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish!! There, you can find all the information on the ongoing activities, as well as news and updates on the results achieved.

📅On 12th and 13th December 2024 the Kick-Off Meeting of our new Erasmus+ Project SOI "Sostainable Organisational Investment" took place in Matera, Italy.
The project's objectives are the following:
🌿Increase awareness in the organizations involved on the strategic knowledge of the environmental and sustainability policy of the European Union, offering a strategic vision that allows them to align with the EU directives on sustainability
📊Increase organizational capacity in sustainability operations, that is enable partner organizations to plan, execute and report specific procedures in this area
📣Know how to plan communication related to organizational sustainability, that is to have a communication plan that allows partner organizations to ensure that the effectiveness and impact of sustainability initiatives re communicated in a properly structured way
📚Create a set of practical Digital Open Educational Resources (DOER’s) that allow training staff and leaders of local Organizations involved on the Strategy, Operationality and Communication of Organizational Sustainability
The 1st Transnational Meeting was a remarkable gathering that set the stage for fruitiful collaboration and innovation within the SOI project. Partners were warmly welcomed at the Studio Risorse Srl headquarters, where they had the opportunity to present their organisationsand contribute their unique expertise. The coordinator had the possibility to describe the project to the other partners Inovaid and and share with them the timeline, but also the steps to follow in order to implement all the project activities and the strategies to adopt within administrative and dissemination fields.
Our team is dedicated to making a difference in small organizations that want to strategically align with sustainable practices that meet the EU environmental and sustainability policy.
