PORTO IS THE HAPPIEST CITY OF EUROPE :D

According to a study by the Rheingold Institute of Germany, in partnership with Smart, Porto is the happiest city in Europe.

Among the 31 European cities analyzed in this study, Porto was the only city to achieve 86 points on the scale that measures the Urban Joy Index. :D
