A chamada de trabalhos já está aberta! A partir de hoje, estamos a aceitar propostas de trabalhos alusivos aos tópicos constituintes do evento. Se tem um projeto interessante, uma pesquisa inovadora ou uma ideia criativa, este é o momento ideal para compartilhá-la.

The call for papers is now open! Starting today, we are accepting proposals for works relating to the topics included in the event. If you have an interesting project, innovative research or creative idea, this is the ideal time to share it.
Communication proposals must be sent to [email protected] by March 31, 2024, in Portuguese and English.

O Centro de Estudos Interculturais está a organizar o III Congresso da RNEC - Rede Nacional em Estudos Culturais, que será realizado nos dias 11 e 12 de julho de 2024, no ISCAP - Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Politécnico do Porto.
O III Congresso da RNEC visa promover o reconhecimento da comunidade científica construída em torno dos Estudos Culturais e potenciar diálogos e colaborações sobre ensino e investigação cada vez mais articulados e densos.
O evento reunirá académicos, investigadores e instituições nacionais e internacionais dedicadas aos Estudos Culturais, promovendo diálogos e colaborações interdisciplinares.
Este ano, o III Congresso da RNEC tem como mote “Estudos Culturais – Estudos Inter-Multi-Trans-Pan-Anti-In-Disciplinares”. Neste Congresso serão discutidas as diversas vertentes dos Estudos Culturais, à luz da interdisciplinaridade, numa afirmação da constante irreverência, pertinência e vitalidade da área.

The Center for Intercultural Studies is organizing the III Congress of RNEC - National Network in Cultural Studies, which will be held on the 11th and 12th of July 2024, at ISCAP - Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Politécnico do Porto.
The III RNEC Congress aims to promote the recognition of the scientific community built around Cultural Studies and encourage increasingly articulated and dense dialogues and collaborations on teaching and research.
The event will bring together academics, researchers and national and international institutions dedicated to Cultural Studies, promoting interdisciplinary dialogues and collaborations.
This year, the 3rd RNEC Congress has the motto “Cultural Studies – Inter-Multi-Trans-Pan-Anti-In-Disciplinary Studies”. In this Congress, the different aspects of Cultural Studies will be discussed, in the light of interdisciplinarity, in an affirmation of the constant irreverence, relevance and vitality of the area.

The 3rd edition of the RNEC- National Network for Cultural Studies congress arrived at ISCAP- P.PORTO.
On the 11th and 12th of July, we will debate and explore the disciplinary and methodological potential of Cultural Studies at a particularly critical moment in contemporary times.
