Have you ever heard about subcritical water extraction, a green technique? Water under these conditions is able to extract polar and non polar compounds, through decreasing the water dielectric constant from 80 to 30 ε (similar to methanol)! This is the first approach in this ambitious project that started on January! We have successfully extract bioactive compounds from kiwiberry leaves! Congrats team! 😀🙌
