🚀 The InPluServ project’s pilot training has successfully enhanced diversity management and conflict negotiation skills for public administration managers across Europe! 🌍 With participants from the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, and Cyprus, the six-month program included online modules, workshops, and individual sessions.

Key results: ✅ Strong participation
✅ Improved diversity management & conflict negotiation skills
✅ Positive feedback and valuable networking opportunities

In Italy, additional workshops were added based on participant feedback, creating even more connections and collaboration. 🤝

This initiative is paving the way for more inclusive and effective public services across Europe. 🌟

Yesterday, October 2nd, we held the final conference of the InPluserv project in Porto!
The event focused on reviewing the project’s results and exploring future contributions to Diversity & Inclusion management in Public Administration, aiming to drive more inclusive practices and meaningful change.

We’re thrilled to share that the CSI Center for Social Innovation hosted an impactful Multiplier Event in Cyprus as part of the Pilot's closing stage. This event brought together pilot participants and project stakeholders to reflect on their experiences and the training platform.

Highlights included the presentation of Pilot monitoring results and a dynamic discussion on how the training program is shaping diverse and inclusive workplaces. We explored both its strengths and areas for future enhancement, ensuring its continued success and broader impact.

The Multiplier Event in Portugal was part of the Pilot closing stage and brought together the pilot participants and project stakeholders to discuss their experience in the pilot and the training platform.

The Pilot monitoring results were first presented, and then, important insights were discussed about the importance of the training program for the development of diverse and inclusive workplaces, considering its strengths and areas of improvement for future application and dissemination.

How was the co-creation with stakeholders promoted and enhanced in the Portuguese Pilot?

In preparation for the pilot closing Multiplier Event in Portugal, project stakeholders from public and private institutions were invited to take a more participative role in the final stage of the pilot.

On the 12th of June, a session was conducted to challenge project stakeholders to draw from their diverse knowledge and experience and contribute to the project with valuable insights.

Stakeholders were given access to the training e-learning platform and invited to complete the training Modules, to identify advantages and aspects of improvement for future application of the training program developed during the project.
