🌟 "I can hear with my CI!" 🌟 Meet Sven, who turned a tough journey into a triumph. After losing hearing in his right ear due to tumor removal surgery, he faced a long road ahead. In 2023, he took a leap of faith and chose a cochlear implant from Advanced Bionics, despite limited function in his auditory nerve.

Sven shares, “I am very happy that I got the CI and that it helps me hear in everyday life.” He started with a CROS device but struggled in noisy environments. That’s when he discovered the incredible potential of cochlear implants.

What stood out to Sven? “AB provided me with the best information on MRI scans, which was particularly important to me because of my regular check-ups. I was also impressed by the technology.”

Today, he’s back to enjoying life with significantly reduced tinnitus and the ability to hear again in his right ear. His inspiring conclusion? “With my CI, I can do almost everything I did without a CI—and without any major limitations!”
