Mental Health in Academia is a deep concern of our team.
Graduate Students are 6x more likely to suffer from mental health issues due to the pressure they feel and a very poor work-life balance.
𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀?
We felt them too! That’s why we decided to partner with Filipa Lourenço, PhD to give Scientists a full stack Mentoring Programme where you will gain tools for both career and personal development.
Besides her Health Coach training, .coach has a Post-Doc in Life Sciences. Therefore she truly knows the struggles that you are facing.

Are you looking for a PhD and you have no idea how to start?
Here we give you some tips that can help you in the process. ☺️
Start as soon as possible looking for opportunities.
First, choose your preferred field and then, look at the different universities that might offer you a proper PhD programme. After that, choose the group and ask the principal investigator if he has opportunities. The maximum that you will listen is a no. A no is always guaranteed but YES can also be heard 💪
Don’t give up. Never.
