An old, completely abandoned and soulless space, with enormous potential, was transformed into a stunning, bright and spacious home in the center of Alvor.
A building to remember ❤️
The Mediterranean references, the traditional architecture of the Algarve and the attention to detail make this another work built with great care and, once again, thanks to Isabelle and Pedro who let creativity and imagination enter freely into the process.

Casa no Meio | Alvor, Portugal

2020 - Townhouse 
A house with history. A house full of details. Full of inspiration. In the center of Portimão, the idea arises of rehabilitating an old house, using traditional concepts and without damaging the facade or the impact to the street. In the phase of removing walls and interior materials, it was an option to reuse as much of the existing materials as possible. In this case, the hydraulic pavement and solid bricks to be used as memory of the old house, were used in the bathrooms and patio wall as a decorating element. It was intended simple environment with raw materials such as wood and exposed concrete treated with epoxy resin. A challenging project that was very rewarding to see finally finished.
For this project, we had the collaboration of an artist that increased indubitably the value of this architectural object, thank you , for the work with the handrails and the outside doors, they are incredible!

2018 - Rural Tourism, Ponta Ruiva
Now and finally completly finished and open, the beautiful .nook 👏👏👏

A country house in the heart of the Costa Vicentina and Southwest Algarve Natural Park, this proposal is filled with natural references both in construction materials and in the concept of design itself. The interior spaces were studied to have a relation with the outside and with the nature almost inside the lodgings. Close to the best surf spots and to other nature sports like hiking, trecking and cycling, this really inspired us.

And excelent taste on the decor. Congrats, Casa Nook!

2021 - Restaurant patio renovation - Portimão When the old and messy (last photo) becames something new, with an open space feeling, reusing the old elements with a refresh and new traditional ones as part of the place's identity, we get this Mediterranean patio ready to be used as a very pleasent "esplanada" for a nice spring or summer evening meal. This was a different and experimental approach for us, more than we are used to, but we are very satisfied with the final product. 2014 - Monte Clérigo Beach House

With the same principles as the other beach house almost next door, also our project, it uses nature again to its advantage, in a more high-tech aspect, but still, harmonizing with the place and its use. The simplicity of this proposal makes these, as well as the other first beach house we projected here, two of the best examples of the urbanization, with its original concept.
