Another great bit of feedback from yet another lovely family 😍

Rachael was a complete dream from start to finish. She was so good with baby Theo who clearly warmed to her immediately (as we all did!). She did such a wonderful job at taking him out and about on walks, to the play centre and managing to cheer him up when he was feeling a bit miserable with teething. She also very sweetly sent me updates and photos of what they were up to which was lovely. I had complete faith in her, she immediately put me at ease which was so great as it was the first time I'd left Theo with anyone other than his grannies before! But as soon as I met her I knew he was in great hands. She's such a warm and friendly person and we would love to book her again when we return next year - she really helped make our ski trip a real holiday for us as new parents. I just wish we could have brought her home with us...!
