What an amazing morning today at Hospitality Talks, in Lisbon, at NEYA Hotels. It was a morning of sharing where we explored different perspectives on how hotel technology and RM solutions can help hoteliers address the current challenge of staff shortages.
RM and technology experts shared their know-how and experience. We had the presence of Rudi Azevedo (RM HUB), João Gameiro (Climber RMS), Francisco Nogueira (HiJiffy) and Joanna Tomaszkiewicz (OTA Insight)

𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 is a joint initiative between HiJiffy, RM HUB, Climber RMS and OTA Insight. It aims to facilitate a creative environment where hotel managers can identify circumstances in which the adoption of technology solutions and revenue management can contribute to mitigating the problem that threatens the sustainability. The key insights and conclusions will be collated into a strategic plan to be made available to various stakeholders - from industry players to policymakers - with the aim of building on this joint commitment to turn Portugal into a successful example at the European level.
