👉 4 simple step recipe to reset your health 👈

1️⃣ Cleanse your body

Cleansing your body is like cleaning the oil filters of your car.

Does it make sense to replace only the oil of your car and leave the dirty filters?

If you compare your car to your body, the filters are the organs and food is the oil, so food has an important role but is not enough.

Yes, a green juice every morning is great for your health but won’t do the trick.

You need specific protocols to cleanse your organs.

When you cleanse your body, your organs will start working closer to the optimal way, you become more sensitive, start listening to your body and make adequate choices for your particular case.

How about that?

There’s so much confusion and misconception out there about detoxes and cleanses, it’s almost painful to watch. 🤦‍♂️

2️⃣ Make adequate nutritional decisions

Everyone is different and there’s no one fit all regarding our food choices.

If I am allergic to the healthiest food in the world, should I eat it? You get the point.

It’s really important to understand what food truly resonates with your body.

And this has nothing to do with the latest fancy diet or with the madness of counting calories, proteins, fats or carbs.

3️⃣ Deal with the emotions that you’ve put under the rug

When you cleanse your body physically, emotions that are trapped into the body tend to come to the surface.

Emotions that you decide somewhere along your life that it wasn’t the proper time to address them because it was too painful to deal with them.

But you can´t ignore them forever!

Well, you can but they will always be in the background like unsolved “problems” that will arise soon or later and can make you sick over time.

4️⃣ Find the root cause of your symptoms and address it

The vast majority of people when they have a symptom tend to want to make it go away because it’s uncomfortable and taking a pill is the easy way out.

But the truth is that doing this, your only shutting down the symptom temporarily so it will come back later in a more intense way.

If you don’t address the root cause of the symptom, you’ll be in this cycle of “killing” the messenger instead of understanding what it is telling you.

And putting this into practice isn’t black magic, it’s just a(nother) skill you can learn.

Gratitude is a powerful emotion to use for manifesting because normally we feel gratitude after we receive something. So the emotional signature of gratitude means it has already happened. When you are thankful or you feel appreciation, you are in the ultimate state to receive. When you embrace gratitude, your body as the unconscious mind will begin to believe is in a future reality in the present moment. You have to really feel the emotions of your future. This is not an intellectual process- is a visceral one. What do you believe you’re worthy to receive? Can you teach your body emotionally what it will feel like to receive what is is you want before it happens? In order for it to manifest you have to be able to do this in the present moment. ❤️


The word meditation means to become familiar with. So as you become familiar with the thoughts, the behaviors, and the emotions of the old self,⁣ you're beginning to retiring that old self. ⁣

There is no such thing as a bad meditation, there is only overcoming yourself! Do you meditate every day?🦋


When you think a thought (or have a memory), a biochemical reaction begins in your brain causing the brain to release certain chemical signals. That’s how immaterial thoughts literally become matter-they become chemical messengers. These chemicals signals make your body feel exactly the way you were just thinking.⁣

Once you notice you are feeling a particular way, then you generate more thoughts equal to how you’re feeling, and then you release more chemicals from your brain to make you feel the way you’ve been thinking. For example, if you have a fearful thought, you start to feel fear. The moment you feel fear, that emotion influences you to think more fearful thoughts, and those thoughts trigger the release of even more chemicals in the brain and body that makes you continue to feel fear. The next thing you know, you get caught in a loop where thinking creates feeling and you’re feeling creates thinking. If thoughts are the vocabulary of the brain and feelings are the vocabulary of the body, and the cycle of how you think and how you feel becomes your state of being, then your entire state of being is in the past. So to truly change, we have to change how we think and how we feel. When you do this, you begin to change the energy of the electromagnetic field you are broadcasting. When you change your energy, you change your life.⁣
