ASHTANGA YOGA private classes studio “Breathing is the bridge that connects life to consciousness“

UTTHITA HASTA PADANGUSTHASANA
Rooted in the earth, reaching into the sky.
In this asana, strength meets softness, stability meets freedom, and the body becomes a bridge between earth and the infinite.
Surrounded by the vastness of the ocean, we are reminded that balance is not about standing still, it is about finding our centre while remaining open to everything that moves around us.

Sometimes, the practice is simply to return to what is yours to choose: your intention and your attention.
Where you place your energy, your awareness follows.
So breathe, soften, and choose where you want to be fully present. The rest can unfold in its own time.

SIRSASANA
From this new perspective, we discover that rising does not mean leaving the earth behind. Quite the opposite, the deeper we connect with the ground, the more freely we can reach beyond ourselves.

The deeper purpose of teaching Ashtanga: not simply to master the asanas, but to allow the practice to become a path of self-knowledge where movement, breath, mind and awareness come together.
Yoga becomes a way of living, and practice becomes a way of being.

SIRSASANA embracing the infinite.
Upside down, yet deeply rooted.
In Sirsasana, we change our perspective, the earth beneath us, the universe above us, and for a moment, there is no separation between the two.
We feel the earth in the space of the infinite. The body reaches towards the sky while the heart remains grounded, embracing the vastness of existence.

ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA is a reminder that the body is our first temple and our first connection to the Universe.
Rooted in the Earth, we cultivate strength, balance, and resilience. Through conscious breath, we reconnect with the intelligence of nature and the flow of life within us.
In Ashtanga Yoga, every movement is a dialogue between body, breath, and the five elements, revealing a simple truth: we are not separate from nature, we are nature itself.

Follow the gentle flow of your Ujjayi breath and soften into each moment. As you create space within, allow your heart to open and move freely. Feel the lightness of the present, steady, spacious, and alive.

Rituals provide you to align all aspects of your Self with intention: mind, body, heart and soul. When you practice a ritual, you make a choice with your mind, take action with your body, feel the gratitude and desire with your heart and align with your soul purpose. Rituals are from the heart.
The yoga practice will help you create space, hold space and manifest your intentions.

“There is a road in the hearts of all of us, hidden and seldom traveled which leads to an unknown, secret place. To sit or lie up on the ground is to be able to think more deeply and to feel more keenly.” – Chief Luther Standing Bear

Every cell. Every pore. Every breath. The same silent presence exists everywhere. Light and Open. Infinite awareness.
