Our The Arc of the Heart theme has come to an end… a beautiful month dedicated to exploring backbend asanas within the Rocket sequence, opening the heart, building strength, and creating space for growth. ❤️

All classes from this series are now uploaded and available for you to revisit and practice anytime.

We now shift our focus to hip-opening asanas, working through a different sequence designed to release tension, increase mobility, and create space for deeper transformation. The hips are often considered a powerful storehouse of emotions and energy… through focused practice, we’ll explore strength, flexibility, stability, and release.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY ✨
Such an important thing to celebrate 🙌

Being a mother is a quiet kind of strength that often goes unnoticed. It lives in the small, everyday moments… wiping tears, sharing laughter, staying up late just to make sure everything is okay. It’s a role filled with contradictions: exhausting yet energizing, overwhelming yet deeply fulfilling. A mother carries not only the weight of responsibility but also an endless capacity for love, patience, and resilience. Even on the hardest days, she finds a way to give more than she thought possible, shaping lives with care, guidance, and an unwavering presence.

I once believed I wouldn’t be a good mother, that I wasn’t naturally made for it. But something shifted the moment that Jasmim was born. Instinct took over in ways I never expected, guiding me gently through the uncertainty. In that connection, I discovered what unconditional love truly means, not something perfect, but something present, forgiving, and deeply human.

Through these four years, motherhood has felt like a constant unfolding, much like the teachings of yoga: learning to surrender, to stay grounded in the present moment, to breathe through the chaos instead of resisting it. It has taught me patience on days I felt I had none, and compassion… both for my child and for myself. I’m still riding this roller coaster, still learning, still growing, but now with a softer heart and a steadier mind.

When a mission and a dream become real, the process itself becomes the challenge. This weekend, I decided to work alongside the people who are helping turn this land into a place of love.

Working with nature requires patience and perseverance. Here, we are restoring an olive grove that was devastated by fires, rescuing the olive trees. I hope they will feel the love and grow strong and resilient.

The work I’ve done this weekend includes tasks we would usually avoid 😅 digging with a hoe under the sun, handling manure, and more. But being involved in every part of the process is essential to my vision.

Working with my hands, giving my energy, care, and effort to the land… this is what will make the difference. Being present in each moment helps me reflect, plan, and understand what needs to be done.

Being involved both in the land and in the construction is part of my project. For me, this is a meaningful journey… one that truly requires patience.
