Allow us to present Sanaz S. Zadegan, an alumni of the 'AI, Data Science and Machine Learning Advanced Program' at CMU Portugal Academy.

An innovative tech executive with a history of leading digital transformation, innovation initiatives and products in high-pressure settings, Sanaz holds a degree in Information Systems, among other major qualifications, and acts as a Digital Director at TEKEVER.

Characterised by her dedication to fostering growth, managing through challenges, implementing strategic product advancements, and pursuing cultural initiatives, Sanaz aims to utilise her skills in technology leadership to develop innovative solutions that tackle complex problems, advancing meaningful contributions to the evolution of the tech industry.

We present to you Carla Esteves, an alumni of the 'User Experience and Service Design Advanced Program' from CMU Portugal Academy.

Carla, with a Degree in Journalism, is a professional storyteller with a strong focus on content strategy. With extensive experience in different communications areas, including journalism, book editing, social media management and ads campaigns, developed a 360º vision of brand identity and customer engagement.

Carla's expertise extends to content strategy, planning, problem-solving and project management, ensuring seamless ex*****on of projects and results.

Pedro Jose is the Telecom Field CTO for EMEA at Snowflake, where he helps organizations harness the power of data, AI, and cloud to drive innovation and business transformation.

With over 20 years of experience leading data-centric initiatives, Pedro is passionate about making complex technology accessible, scalable, and impactful. He advises enterprises on building modern data platforms, operationalizing AI, and creating value through data collaboration.

Let’s meet N'zallah Zamani Haro. Coming from a background in public health, with a degree in Human Physiology, and with a Master's in Public Health at Ahmadu Bello University, N'zallah has long been searching for a way to bridge her passion for health equity with the growing world of digital innovation.

Get to know, in N'zallah's own words, the 'Product Management Advanced Program' at CMU Portugal Academy: “This program didn’t just give me technical skills, it gave me the confidence and framework to build impact, user-centered health products. Through the rigorous curriculum, expert-led sessions, and a dynamic community of peers, I was able to shape a capstone project focused on solving transition gaps from Pediatric to Adult Care for people living with sickle cell disease.
CMU Portugal Academy opened up access to world-class education, sharpened my product thinking, and helped me affirm that I don’t have to choose between my passions, as I can build solutions that sit right at the intersection of all of them.”

With a degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Diogo Rendeiro is a serial innovator and product leader with 15+ years’ experience in B2B & B2C.

Passionate about co-creation, lean methods and iterative development, Diogo has a successful track record of discovering and delivering innovative software products to the market. Focused on leveraging emerging technologies, Diogo led Product Teams at several Unicorn Startups (Zalando, Feedzai, OutSystems and Amplemarket), where he built and scaled innovative AI-driven products.
Today, Diogo Rendeiro leads the Incubation Team at Usercentrics.
