Allow you inner light to emerge today, to shine through in all your interactions.

Do something creative that supports you in getting out of your mind, to stop obsessing over things you can't change. When you allow your soul to emerge, you will find balance between your head and your heart.

Wonderful connections will be made when you connect with others heart to heart, soul to soul. Step out of you comfort zone and allow others a glimpse into the real you, beyond the pleasantries.. No more hiding yourself in fear of judgement. A judgement that only resides in the recess of your own mind. When you realise the harshest critic of you is YOU, you find the freedom to be yourself as you are no longer afraid of what others think or feel about you.

You are a divine creator being here to express your individuality. Let you light shine!

Today I wish to speak to you of integrity ... spiritual integrity.

On your own personal journey of ascension, you come across multitudes of information from others exploring the depths of their own soul - some will resonate, and some will not.

It is important that each day you align yourself with YOUR principles and integrity - don't blindly follow someone's teachings just because everyone else likes them.. If you aren't feeling their message but choose to believe it anyway, then you are not living your life aligned with your highest vibration and integrity ..which is integral to your spiritual growth and lessons on the path of ascension.

Today, take the time to decipher messages - really look into the meaning of what you see, hear and feel as you go about your day. And if there is something you come across that does not feel right to you ... Let it go!

Create your own code of ethics and principles that come from YOUR SOUL! Be sincere in all your interactions and balanced and harmonious relationships will be created.
