In this retreat we will focus on the basic principles of life, vitality and pleasure. We are born full of vitality and as babies we always aim for pleasure, as we grow, our overeducated mind takes control, enclosing us in duty and all kinds of unnatural rules, this creates a very rigid and inflexible body and ego , which are directly reflected in our robotic way of life, with low vitality and low pleasure.
Bioenergetics is a very simple and effective physical practice, together with breathing work, to access a lot of blocked energy, emotions and memories locked in the chronic rigidity of your body, thus returning this energy to your life, allowing you to achieve more in every way. areas, work, friends, love, sexuality.
