The Moment I Knew I Had to Make a Change

I remember the exact moment I knew I couldn’t stay stuck anymore…

After going through a rough moment with my family & friends, I realized that I wasn’t happy with my life.

More precisely, I wasn’t living as I dreamed my life would look like.

This awareness hit me when I was working. I looked at the clock, realizing I was counting the hours until I could finally do something for myself.

And in that moment, a thought hit me -
💭 Is this how I want to feel every day for the next 5, 10, 20 years or more?

The answer was a big NO!

I had dreams, passions, & a deep desire to create a freedom lifestyle where I would live intentionally & managing my time as I desired 🌸

But I kept waiting.
Waiting for the “right time,” waiting for a sign, waiting until I felt ready.

But here’s what I learned: there is no perfect time. The only way life changes is when you decide to change it.

So the opportunity came to me, & I looked at that with such enthusiasm & excitement. The possibility to start my own business online, aligned with a 50 years old company that promotes sustainability & health.

This was the change I was searching for in my life 🫶🏻

Now? I’m building something that aligns with me, something that gives me options, freedom, & purpose. And every day, I’m getting closer to the life I once only dreamed about.

What you believe to be true… eventually becomes your reality.

If you keep telling yourself you’re not good enough—no matter how many times life proves otherwise—you’ll keep holding yourself back.

So, here’s my advice: start trusting yourself more.

Think about it…

You made it through high school drama, university stress, and even landed a job. There were moments whee you doubted yourself, but you still made it happen 🌸

So why does changing your life feel impossible?

Why does creating a future you love seem out of reach?

You’ve already overcome so much. What if the only thing standing between you and your dream life… is the belief that you can?

What if…

What if you were a morning person?
What if you worked out regularly, ate healthier, built better habits, felt more confident?
What if you finally did the things you know would be right for you?

Because deep down, you keep wondering… Is this really it?

Here’s the secret: that version of you—the one you imagine, the one who’s healthier, happier, and living with purpose—already exists. It’s not some distant dream. It’s just you in the future, waiting for you to take the first step.

Society pushes perfection, but you don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be aligned—doing what feels right, what excites you, and what truly matters to you.

So ask yourself: What would your best self do today?

Start there. Take small steps.
Build habits that bring you closer. Some days will feel easy, others will feel like a battle—but real change starts inside before it reflects in your world.

Don’t overthink. Take the step you need right now and create the life you deserve ✨

What if I fail? What if it doesn’t work? What if I waste my time?

For the last couple of weeks, that’s exactly what I’ve been facing internally.

I took the time to understand where those fears & doubts were coming from. I realized they are part of the journey, part of becoming the next version of myself, but only if I take action towards them.

So I flipped the questions to:

👉 What if I never try?
👉 What if this business is the thing that changes everything?
👉 What if success is just on the other side of fear?

Then I reminded myself of the success stories I hear every week on our team calls. Every single one of them had fears, doubts & struggles to overcome. But what made the difference?

They didn’t let fear decide their future.

And here’s another truth—failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of it. 🙌🏻

Every lesson, every misstep, every challenge is shaping you into the person who can succeed.

Looking back, I can see what each challenge taught me. But the most important lesson?

I didn’t give up.

I kept pushing forward through those fears, and each time, my belief in myself grew stronger.

Because the only way to truly fail is to quit before you even begin.

You can either let fear stop you or let it fuel you. Your choice.

🌸 What is the purpose of this life? 🌸

I believe it’s to live fully by chasing our passions, nurturing our relationships, & creating a life that feels true to who we are.

Three years ago, I took a leap by starting my online business because I craved more time to do what I love—traveling, photographing, & being present to those precious moments with family & friends ☀️

To have the freedom to choose how I spend my days, to work with passion, & to build something meaningful that aligns with me 🙌🏻

I want to inspire others who feel stuck in a cycle that isn’t fulfilling. I want you to know that your dreams are valid & that you have the power to reshape your future.

Remember: the purpose of life isn’t predetermined—it’s created by the choices we make, the passions we pursue, & the people around us 🫶🏻

Let me tell you a secret 🤫

One of the reasons that took me a while to follow my desire to work online was the fear of doing everything alone.

To mess up or wanting to speak & brainstorm with someone who understood what I was doing.

I’m considered a team player & love working with others, especially if we go along & the sinergy flows

That’s why I got surprised when I joined Unfold Your Freedom community 😍

It was like entering a safe space with people who understood you, are eager to help you supporting your journey & celebrating with you any new milestone in life or business 🙌🏻

… I realized I wasn’t alone at all.

This journey of wanting more in life led me to a community of like-minded people who get what it’s like to dream bigger, to break free from the traditional path, & to create a life of true freedom.

But here’s the truth -> staying stuck is scarier.

The life you dream of? It’s on the other side of that fear. It’s waiting for you to say, “I choose me. I choose growth. I choose to live on my terms.”

🫶🏻 Honesty – Being true to myself & others is where everything begins. It allows me to create real connections & show up authentically.

🫶🏻 Family – One of my “why” for starting a business online. Every decision I make is to create more time & freedom to spend with the people I love the most.

I Hate Feeling Stuck & Out of Control of My Future 🥀

Do you feel the same?
