Only simple forms

For the past two months, I have been working exclusively in black and white, exploring abstract forms and the changing relationships between them. It is like a constant cycle of transformation—destroying the old and building the new.
Abstraction has always attracted me. Through this practice, I learn how difficult it is to convey the feeling of a living, moving form in abstract language — to create space, relationships, and tension between figures and lines. To create something out of nothing, when that «something» will never become a recognizable form from the real world.
