Sometimes vibrations get low - we all have it, we all feel it.

Gladly, there is a way to reconnect and recenter with the life force energy that makes dreams come true.

These are my 3 tips to get back in action when you seem to have no energy to get to business.

These will build energy in your body, mind and soul and serve as that ramp between being low to feeling high in hopes and dreams.

I always found it important to remind myself that having goals is nice, but life is in the journey, cause that’s where we spend most of the time. And the journey isn’t inferior nor separate from the goal.

The journey are all the wins that lead us to our goals. Sometimes the way we embody the journey can be a goal - I know for me it is. I like making it fun, pleasant, exciting, a space for growth and exploration, a place filled with love.

The journey to goals takes all kinds of learning, one of the most important being learning about ourselves, embodying who we need to be, becoming who we want to become in order to do the things we want to do.

I’ve been diving into “Atomic Habits”, by xxy, and it has made it pretty clear, so far, that the more we find things fun, pleasant, desirable and attractive, the more we manage to stick to those things. Everything becomes easier when we are feeling pleasure.

This book gives all kinds of strategies and ways to look into things which help us make habits that we want to adopt easier to start following. And then we know consistency takes care of automating these habits from a certain point on, which is really a masterpiece of brain engine. But yep, this brain engine is powerful but we’re still some sort of conductors and, therefore, we need to take a close took at what we’re feeding it.

So, you heard it here
1. FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO/GET/BECOME
2. FIGURE OUT WHAT TYPE OF PERSON YOU NEED TO BECOME IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THESE THINGS (meaning what habits you need to have in place)
3. IMPLEMENT THESE HABITS BY MAKING EVERYTHING ABOUT IT FUN, PLEASANT, INTERESTING, ATTRACTIVE.

It’s not about suffering into your new habits, it’s about making them what you desire.

I HAD TO TAKE SOME TIME

I did take some time these past few weeks. Sometimes we just need the time, don’t we.

We’re learning all the time, growing without pause, uplifting our existence every chance we can - but it doesn’t mean things are smooth and perfect.

ACTUALLY, to know things wont be smooth and perfect but rather a rollercoaster of challenges and UP times and DOWN times helps us do our best through all of it 🌊🌊🌊

I took some time to stop and dissolve some limiting beliefs that not only betrayed my desires but also made me act from a place that would eventually become an exhaustive dynamic, non sustainable for the well being and development of both myself and my business. (cont in comments)

ARE YOU LIVING IN PARADISE? 🌴

Well, this might not be the most popular face of paradise, but let me explain what I mean!

I constantly try to build some sort of paradise around me. I try to give myself the best things possible in order to make me feel at my best. I try to surround myself with things I find beautiful and that give me inspiration.

I find this very important because creating this type of scenario for ourselves is refreshing and allows for our best mood and performance.

So, basically, everything you feed on is relevant:
-food
-music
-decoration
-clothing
-vision boards
-colors, etc…

I don’t do any of this for pictures, I genuinely take care of my environment in such a way.

I keep my space tidy, I keep my plants happy, I make food that I find beautiful and appealing while being healthy as well and full of colors, I surround myself with my favorite art work and art work that I have created myself, so that the space feels mine. I paste important affirmations and goals on my walls so that I center with my priorities, and I wear whatever goes with my mood that day, to make me feel the most fresh, beautiful and comfortable.

Be a creator of your own life and feel how empowering it is to surround yourself with what’s yours ✨

Let’s talk about AUTHENTICITY 🌈

To tell you about myself, I’ll show you about myself. That’s me with ocean petrol blue hair and my cool blue glasses that I love so much. And sometimes that’s me, sometimes I’m more like the one on the right (swipe).

I believe that being authentic is being in touch with ourselves, in love with ourselves, listening to ourselves. It is doing what feels right, every single day.

I believe that when we have the opportunity to be authentic and let our true self be expressed, beautiful things happen and we simply find our place in life.

I also believe that that is the exact way to become empowered, and when we become authentic we no longer accept less than what we want and than what we deserve. We just have to find our place in the world!

Be more authentic. Look for more for yourself. Know your magic. Know your worth ✨

A little bit about what brought me here… 🍃

Some of my paintings have been coming up a lot behind the scenes of my stories eh eh, and ai wanted to stop by today and share a bit of my story and motivation 😌

First of all, I am an artist and I have a passion for traveling and discovering new cultures. I create art in the form of paintings, poems, installations, video, performance, dance, ceramics… And knowing about the world has always been my drive, to learn and share, give back, spread some words.

I am also in love with Van life and I certainly have the goal of owning one and waking up in front of the ocean a bit more often 😍

I’ve always wanted to become a digital nomad for the freedom it provides, mostly in à opportunity where it means freedom in my time and my location. And then, obviously, raising my income, because traveling and art supplies aren’t free just yet eh eh

Well, I my intuition was screaming out when I found this opportunity and something inside of me kept going like “Yes, Yes, Yes” back then.

It has done so much for me already, the knowledge, community support, connections, inspiration and mindset shifts I got from it have been really life changing up until now. And it is only beginning.

Besides, I realized that it was helping me fulfill another goal of mine - to inspire and help people to improve their lives, take their power back, own themselves and be authentic.

In conclusion, I am super grateful I met Lianne ( ), my coach, a couple months back 🙏✨

The truth is that we’re conditioned to feel small and incapable of making change happen, of doing things outside what we’re used to. We’re conditioned to judge and fear what’s new.

If you’re feeling stuck and unhappy, you should read this 🙂

Today I’m suggesting: REFLECT 🧘

It is important to take the time to get aligned with what’s inside us.

Many times we want something but there are so many things keeping us from getting it.

However, whatever these things are, we can, most of the times, actually get past them, and a lot of it has to do with our MINDSET.

You know, you will probably get nowhere if you don’t change your habits and if you don’t start taking action - we’ve all heard the saying “you can’t obtain a different resilt by keeping on doing the same things”. But it is usually the work before we get to that stage that determines how well we will perform there.

You see, a lot of what’s keeping us, is inside ourselves. We want to take action and change our habits, but we most often lack the discipline, have limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, fail to prioritize or organize our time, fail to resist the easy tempatations of life.

It takes being very STRONG and very DETERMINED to make it happen, and I believe we all have that in us. I would never accept taking myself as a weak person, and neither should you.

We have the power to go forth with what we need to achieve what we want, because damn it, we want it so much!!!! (continues in comments)

It’s cute to have people that give you flowers.

It’s cute to give yourself flowers 💐

It’s spring and there’ll be plenty of flowers soon, but let’s think about how there are plenty of ways to give ourselves flowers and how this season brings forward LIFE energy ✨

Being kind, receptive, accepting, warm and patient with ourselves can be so hard. Mostly if we are driven by goals and face struggles, we can get specially hard on ourselves. So hard that it can even paralise us. And, well, we don’t want that.

I faced some down days, meaning that I wasn’t feeling so productive, organized or like I was achieving progress.

It’s good to keep in mind that progress is always taking place. It’s good to be patient and give ourselves flowers for our whatever tiny achievements. It’s good to focus on life goals and desires in order to fuel us, keeping an accepting mindset and heartset about the ways we might not be able to perform at our best in that given moment.

This attitude will allow growth and will let us get back to action in a much better way.

It also feels like flowers when I have community to get supported by, and after an amazing call with my business coach .official I felt such a great push in the direction I needed, since it helped to organize priorities and set an action plan 🙌✨

I also connected with one of the members of our group, and boy does that feel refreshing to have a nice talk and connect with people your energy resonates with ✨

Overall, I feel grateful, and recharged, and ready to take action in whatever pace it becomes possible 🙏
