This summer, Clarence interned as an External Growth Analyst at Eurvad Search, a Paris-based Mergers & Acquisitions boutique, getting a front-row seat to how entrepreneurs and companies are evaluated by the financial world.
His biggest takeaway was how much the role demanded adaptability, and how naturally Forward's community and constant exposure to new people had already prepared him for it. As he puts it "the networking that got me the opportunity in the first place is something I built almost entirely at Forward."
That's what Forward College is about: turning constant change into a real-world advantage.

A group of Forward College students spent the week at the Olympia Summer Academy in Greece, where they joined students from around the world to discuss some of today's biggest global challenges.
Over the course of the week, they joined sessions with experts from Harvard Business School, the European University Institute, UCL and Panteion University, exploring everything from geopolitics and macroeconomics to migration, elections and international affairs.
They also had the opportunity to explore the archaeological site of Ancient Delphi, visit the Acropolis Museum in Athens and discover the coastal town of Galaxidi.
A big thank you to the Olympia Summer Academy for welcoming our students. We're proud to see them challenging their perspectives, exchanging ideas and learning alongside peers from around the world.

Every year, two Forward College students are selected to receive a scholarship from the London School of Economics and Political Science to attend the LSE Summer School. The recipients are selected based on their academic performance, motivation and engagement throughout the year.
This year, the scholarship recipients are Solomiia, a first-year student in our BSc in Data Science and Business Analytics, and Leticia, a second-year student in our BSc in Business & Management.
Over the past two weeks, they've been attending lectures led by LSE academics alongside students from around the world, taking part in practical classes, hearing from guest speakers, and experiencing life on the LSE campus. Beyond classes, they had plenty of opportunities to explore London and enjoy its cultural and social scene.
Congratulations, Solomiia and Leticia - we hope you've both made the most of this experience.

Behind every student experience is a team committed to getting better.
Every summer, once the academic year ends, colleagues from our campuses in Lisbon, Paris and Berlin come together for our All Staff Meeting.
We look back on the year, question our ideas, celebrate what went well, talk honestly about what didn't, and plan for the year ahead.
Days are full of workshops, debate, and long conversations. Evenings bring shared meals, and moments together outside of work.
Because the values we hope our students take from Forward - collaboration, curiosity, international perspectives, a love of learning - are the same ones we try to live by ourselves.

Everyone talks about critical thinking, resilience and communication as the key skills of the AI era. Far fewer institutions teach them. Almost no one measures them.
We're proud to see Forward College highlighted by Andreas Kaplan in the Harvard Business Impact as a notable example of measuring 21st-century skills.
At Forward College, students complete an annual 360° assessment, receiving feedback from peers, project teammates and their personal tutor across 21 deep skills. One-to-one coaching sessions then help them turn that feedback into meaningful personal development.
This is how students discover their own skills profile, learn to focus on what truly matters, and become the authors of their own development.

Graduation season is the perfect moment to ask: what do Forward students actually achieve?
Here’s what our students delivered last year:
91% achieved Upper Second Class Honours or higher. 96% passed across all exams. 10% were awarded distinctions by LSE.
Three cities. Three years. One remarkable cohort.
Congratulations, everyone 🎓

Last week, our second-year students in Paris celebrated the end of the year together - a chance to reflect, catch up, and mark the moment before summer. Good conversations, a bit of nostalgia, and a lot to look back on proudly. We're excited to see them take it all into their final year in Berlin.
