This International Youth Day, we’re reminding our young people that growth doesn’t only happen through doing. It also happens through resting, reflecting, and simply being.

Whether it’s turning off the show, heading outside, reading a book, or spending time with family and friends, taking a break is an important part of looking after yourself.

Because happy, healthy minds learn best. We can wait to see you in a few weeks.

Artist Eliza Sale is transforming spaces across The Lisboan with murals designed to be explored, not just admired. Inspired by her travels around the world, her work encourages students to slow down, notice more, ask questions, and stay curious.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin to see her artwork appear across campus, each piece adding another layer to the stories our students will encounter every day.
