In 2006, João Regufe and Ricardo Maia were "presenters" in the 1st Aquafitness Convention ENAF / AEA in Águas de Lindóia (SP, Brazil). This lecture was attended by 80 trainees and was a huge success. After this lesson, they have participated in numerous conventions worldwide in countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Holland, England, Estonia, Japan, Brazil and the United States. In 2011, they launched the book of Aquafitness "Practical tools for the instructor." The 1st edition was 250 copies and sold out in 6 months. In 2012, the same authors released the book of Aquafitness "Myths and Truths" with the collaboration of six doctors. They have sold so far around 600 books. In the same year, João Regufe traveled to Tampa, Florida (United States) to participate in shooting an DVD "Aquafitness Strategies" for instructors, which until now has 100 units already sold. In this current year "double|splash®" was created. JOÃO REGUFE, PORTUGAL, has a degree in physical education and enjoys
teaching aquatic fitness classes in Portugal; he particularly likes
creating new movements & sequences. He has appeared in conferences
in Europe, Brazil and the USA and is an expressive presenter
who loves sports and everything that is connected to water. Joao loves to share his knowledge and energy. RICARDO MAIA, PORTUGAL, holds a degree in physical education and is
an international presenter who has been featured at conferences
in Europe and the in USA. He teaches classes in Portugal and loves
interacting with his students.Ricardo is known for his dynamic and
