Algarve Boat Courses Power, Motor Boat and Jetski Courses We provide tuition on our own school boats or on your own boat.

The school is an RYA recognised training centre for Power and Motor Cruising, teaching people to skipper boats with confidence. As an RYA recognised training centre for Power Boat, Jet ski and Motor Cruising we can offer you the full range of RYA courses for larger motor yachts, smaller open speedboats and personal water craft. We can train you on our school vessels or on your own boat, please click on the opposite links for more information. We provide training and testing for the International Certificate of Competence, ICC. This certificate is very useful as many European countries require the skipper of a pleasure craft to be able to provide evidence of his or her competence. In practice documentary evidence may seldom be inspected, but it is generally useful and in some countries essential to carry an ICC. Please see the following for more information; http://www.rya.org.uk

Considering buying your first yacht or speed boat, it can be a big help to have someone there who knows a bit about boats!! We assist people to decide on what type of boat is best for them and give unbiased information on the real cost of owning a boat. We can help you short list boats, arrange viewings and join you on your inspection, pointing out positive and negative aspects of each vessel. Please email Rob at [email protected] for further information. If you wish to charter a boat our partners at http://www.algarveyacht.com will be happy to help you plan your trip. They have a fleet that covers the whole of the Algarve and will make sure you have a great day out on the water.
