Maybe you've taken several courses, know the grammar and understand much more than you speak. But when the moment comes, you hesitate, freeze or switch to English.

And behind that silence, there are stories to tell, ideas to share and a whole personality waiting to be expressed.

This is why we're launching TugaLab, a new series of monthly workshops inspired by everything we've experienced at Talk Tuga.

We want to create a welcoming space where you can experiment, make mistakes, laugh, learn from others and gradually find your own voice in Portuguese.

Because learning a language is about more than words. It's about connecting with people, exploring cultures and finding your place in the community, without losing who you are.

And your level? It really doesn't matter. What you already know is enough to begin.

Each TugaLab is a different experience, but they're all connected. You can join us for one workshop, several or the entire journey.

You may already know more Portuguese than you actually use.

Many of us study the language, understand quite a lot, and still find it difficult to speak when real life happens. Sometimes it is fear of making mistakes, sometimes habit, confidence, or simply not knowing how to bring Portuguese into everyday life.

*TugaLab is a monthly series of practical workshops designed to work exactly on that gap — between knowing Portuguese and actually using it.*

Each Lab explores a different part of the journey:

* Understanding what gets in the way
* Daring to get it wrong
* Starting conversations
* Building habits
* Keeping going
* Connecting more deeply and gradually making Portuguese your own
