Este mês estamos a dançar a Linha de Vivência da Transcendência.

Há um desejo em todo o ser humano de se reconectar com o todo, de entrar em contacto com a sua dimensão mais sagrada, que nao pertence a uma estrutura exterior mas à sua essência como manifestação da própria Vida.

Este mês dançamos neste espaço onde o Maravilhoso se revela, com os pés bem acentes no chão que nos nutre e os braços erguidos ao céu que nos ilumina.

O Poder dos Animais!

"O Poder dos Animais" é um Ciclo de Aprofundamento de Biodanza e Neo-Xamanismo que te convida a mergulhar na sabedoria viva da Natureza, integrando e expressando os arquétipos psicomotores da tua Identidade Humana e Cósmica - desde sempre, os nossos Ancestrais pediam ajuda aos Animais da Natureza para os desafios da Vida, cumprindo-nos relembrar nos dias de hoje que as perguntas e as respostas que buscamos estão na Natureza.

No fim-de-semana de 1 e 2 de agosto, dançamos os Animais no eixo horizontal do Modelo Teórico de Biodanza - integramos o Tigre, que evoca as qualidades da assertividade do Guerreiro, a Força Criativa do Fogo, a Consciência Intensificada de Si e do Mundo e o Hipopótamo, no pólo da direita, que convida à dissolução, à Fusão, contacto corporal e prazer Cenestésico.

Em Dezembro dançamos o eixo vertical do Modelo Teórico: desde a Serpente, Senhora das Profundezas, do Caos e das Forças Telúricas, rumo aos céus e ao Infinito habitados pela Garça.

Cada um destes animais tem qualidades que nutrem, com a força do instinto, a Integração e Expressão da nossa Identidade. Para sermos completos e felizes, precisamos integrar todos dentro de nós.

“The Power of the Animals ” is an in-depth cycle of Biodanza and Neo-Shamanism that invites you to immerse yourself in the living wisdom of Nature, integrating and expressing the psychomotor archetypes of your Human and Cosmic Identity – since time immemorial, our Ancestors sought help from the Animals of Nature for life’s challenges, reminding us today that the questions and answers we seek lie within Nature.

Over the weekend of 1 and 2 August, we will dance the Animals along the horizontal axis of the Biodanza Theoretical Model – integrating the Tiger, which evokes the assertive qualities of the Warrior, the Creative Force of Fire, and the Intensified Awareness of Self and the World, and the Hippopotamus, on the right-hand side, which invites dissolution, Fusion, bodily contact and to Cenesthetic Pleasure.

In December we dance the vertical axis of the Theoretical Model: from the Serpent, Lady of the Depths, of Chaos and the Earthly Forces, towards the skies and the Infinite inhabited by the Heron.

Each of these animals possesses qualities that nourish, through the power of instinct, the Integration and Expression of our Identity. To be whole and happy, we need to integrate them all within ourselves.

Este mês dançamos a Linha de Vivência da Afetividade.

Antes de sermos pensamento, fomos vínculo. A nossa espécie não sobreviveu por ser a mais forte ou a mais veloz, mas por ter aprendido a Cuidar. A capacidade de dar sem esperar retorno foi, desde sempre, o que nos manteve vivos — enquanto indivíduos e enquanto tribo.

Somos, desde a origem, feitos de cuidado. E no entanto, ao longo da história, fomos aprendendo a separar-nos — a mente do corpo, a razão do sentimento, o eu do outro.

Hoje vivemos tempos de distância, onde o afeto se tornou raro e a solidão, comum.

A Biodanza convida-nos a regressar. A reencontrar a consciência ética que mora em nós desde sempre — a compreensão de que estar com o outro é estar comigo mesmo.

Um cuidado que não anula, que sabe dar limites com compaixão, e que sabe também receber, porque cuidar nunca é unilateral.

O convite é simples:
Afetar e deixar-se afetar.
Dar, e também receber.
Relembrar que existimos em rede, que cada gesto ecoa no outro e no todo e que no contacto entre nós que reside o nosso maior e mais antigo segredo.🌿

This month we are dancing the line of Vivência of Afectivity.

Before we were thought, we were connection. Our species did not survive because we were the strongest or the fastest, but because we learnt to care.

The ability to give without expecting anything in return has, since time immemorial, been what has kept us alive — both as individuals and as a tribe.

We are, from the very beginning, made of care. And yet, throughout history, we have learnt to separate ourselves — the mind from the body, reason from feeling, the self from the other.

Today we live in times of distance, in which affection has become rare and loneliness commonplace.

Biodanza invites us to return. To rediscover the ethical awareness that has always dwelled within us — the understanding that to be with another is to be with myself.

A form of care that does not dismiss, that knows how to set boundaries with compassion, and that also knows how to receive, because caring is never one-sided.

The invitation is simple:
To affect and allow oneself to be affected.
To give and also to receive.
To remember that we exist as part of a network, that every gesture resonates in the other and in the whole, and that in the contact between us lies our greatest and oldest secret.

E fomos guardando a criança. Para mais tarde. Porque agora é o momento do adulto.

Mas olha à tua volta.
A natureza nunca pediu licença para criar.
A figueira não hesitou antes de dar fruto.
O rio não ensaiou o caminho até ao mar.
A flor não perguntou se a sua cor era suficiente.
E a música não existe antes de alguém se atrever a fazer soar o silêncio.
A escrita não existe antes de alguém confiar que o que sente merece a palavra.

A criatividade não é um dom especial de alguns.
É a linguagem da alma quando se sente livre.
É a vida a querer expressar-se através de ti.
Tu és a obra. Sempre foste.
