What an incredible three days in Kaunas, Lithuania! 🇱🇹

The Wu Taijiquan seminar was a great success, with everyone embracing the Short Form, exploring its practical applications, and working deeply on the principles of Sinking and Release. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine interest throughout the weekend.

Day 2 of the intensive Wu Taijiquan Instructors Workshop at the Eternal Spring Institute began with the grounding and revitalizing practice of Ba Duan Jin under the guidance of Sifu Zhou Zhong Fu. From breath and structure to deeper internal mechanics, today’s training continued to refine both body and mind through authentic traditional practice.

A day of dedication, precision, and continuous learning on the path of internal martial arts. ☯️
