Each month, we’ll focus on building strength, balance, and confidence, working with a variety of poses including handstands, arm balances, headstands, and forearm stands. Expect a supportive mix of drills, alignment tips, and opportunities to flow, giving you the tools to approach inversions with curiosity rather than pressure.
