During our first meeting in Espinho, Portugal, we shaped our vision, clarified roles, and laid the foundations for a meaningful partnership over the next 2 years. The energy, openness, and deep expertise in our team confirmed that this is more than a project — it’s a shared commitment to creating workplaces where neurodiversity is understood, supported, and fully embedded in organizational culture. 🤝
Our ambition is bold: to turn research and best practices from across Europe into practical tools, guidelines, training, and mentorship models that empower HR professionals to guide organizations from awareness to sustainable inclusion. 🌱
