"The sun lingers. The stories continue." 🌿✨
We celebrated the longest day of the year.
A moment suspended between light and shadow.
A moment to pause and reflect on the stories we have lived so far and the stories that are still waiting to unfold.
For centuries, people gathered around fires, shared meals, sang songs, and told stories on this special night. They celebrated the abundance of summer, the beauty of nature, and the bonds that connect us to one another.
Moonluza, too, is about gathering.
Around stories.
Around conversations.
Around curiosity and wonder.
As the sun lingers a little longer in the sky, may we find time to appreciate the people, places, and moments that bring light into our lives.
And may we continue to follow the stories that call to us, wherever they may lead.

🌲 A new story is slowly taking shape...
While Summer is knocking at the door and many of us are dreaming of holidays, distant horizons and a little more time under the sun, here at Moonluza we are already looking towards Spring 2027 (and to a Summer break soon).
Behind the scenes, preparations for our next in-person gathering are moving forward with great excitement. Emails with the first practical details are already making their way to our Moonluzans, and little by little the vision is becoming reality.
Next April, we will gather in the heart of Southern Poland, in the enchanting town of Międzylesie, surrounded by forests, mountains, stories and centuries of history.
🏰 International Symposium on Fairytales, Stories and Creative Arts Therapies
🌲 "In the Heart of the Forest"
📍 Międzylesie, Poland
🗓 26 April – 1 May 2027
The programme is still being lovingly woven together and will be shared after the Summer, but the first seeds have already been planted.
For now, I find myself smiling at the thought of welcoming old friends and new faces to a place that is very dear to my heart—a place where, in many ways, my own story began.
There is still much to prepare, many conversations to have, and many stories waiting to reveal themselves.
And perhaps that is the beauty of every journey: first comes the dream, then the path appears.
Wishing you all a beautiful Summer filled with wonder, rest, inspiration and stories worth bringing home. ✨

Summer is in full swing, and Moonluza's calendar is quite full until the end of July. 🌙✨
Over the coming weeks, we'll continue preparing projects, plans, and all the beautiful encounters that make this journey so meaningful.
And then...
Moonluza will quietly disappear for a while.
Throughout August, I'll be following winding paths, exploring new places, seeking inspiration, collecting stories, and listening to the whispers of roads not yet travelled.
Every year, there comes a moment to step away from the familiar, to wander, to dream, and to leave a little space for new ideas to find us.
When September arrives, Moonluza will return with renewed energy, fresh inspiration, and exciting new adventures ahead.
Until then, may your summer be filled with wonder, meaningful moments, and stories worth bringing home.🌿📖☕🌙

"Some horizons are found at sea. Others are discovered between the pages of a book." 🌊📚✨
Between sea and sky.
Between one language and another.
Between the end of the week and the promise of the weekend.
Today I am spending my Friday in the company of stories, translating words that carry worlds within them.
And every now and then, I look up and remember that horizons exist both on the page and beyond it.
Wishing you all a beautiful weekend.

"Stories from the Road" 🌿📖
As an interpreter, my work often takes me to different corners of Portugal, where I have the privilege of accompanying people through important moments of their lives. Every assignment is unique. Every encounter offers a glimpse into a different human story.
This week, work took me to Évora.
After a morning at court, I found a quiet bench in the shade, a welcome pause beneath the Alentejo sun, and a moment to simply be.
Then came my favourite part.
Wandering.
Walking through the narrow streets of this beautiful historic city, listening to the echoes of centuries past, admiring the buildings and hidden corners, and allowing Évora to tell its own stories.
I often think that interpreting is about much more than translating words. It is about listening.
Listening to people.
Listening to places.
Listening to the stories that shape us.
And Portugal, from north to south, never seems to run out of stories to tell.

🌙 A New Chapter Begins
Yesterday we celebrated another year of Moonluza.
A year of stories, of laughter, of tears, of friendships, discoveries, and journeys both near and far.
Today, with hearts full of gratitude, we turn the page.
Because every birthday is not only a celebration of where we have been—it is an invitation to dream about where we are going.
And next year, Moonluza's path will lead somewhere very close to my heart.
To Poland.
To the region where I grew up.
To the landscapes, traditions, stories, and hidden corners that helped shape who I am.
It feels both exciting and deeply meaningful to prepare an International Symposium there and to welcome Moonluzans into a place that has always been home.
There is still much to prepare and many details to unfold, but already I can feel the first whispers of this new adventure.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
For walking beside Moonluza.
For believing in stories.
For following the moon.
The next chapter begins now.
