What if success isn’t about pushing harder… but knowing when it’s time to let go?

Na’ama Moran spent years building and scaling companies in Silicon Valley. But one of her biggest lessons was learning to listen when her life was asking her to change direction.

In this episode of Patterns of Wealth, we talk about ambition, intuition, purpose, money, and what happens when success no longer feels aligned.

Episode 2 is now on YouTube.

There’s a pattern that keeps us from the life we actually want: staying too long.

Too long in the job.
The business.
The identity.
The version of success that once made sense, but no longer does!

Because walking away can feel like failure.

But what if knowing when to leave is actually a pattern of wealth?

In this conversation, Na’ama Moran speaks about the courage to stop investing your life force into something that is no longer aligned with your heart and soul.

Life is too short to keep building what you no longer believe in.

Sometimes the most successful move isn’t pushing harder.

It’s listening sooner.
Trusting what you already know.
And having the courage to move toward what feels truly yours.

What happens when success asks you to abandon your own rhythm?

When Na’ama became a mother, there was barely space to stop.

People depended on her. The business needed her. The machine had to keep moving.

So she went back to work almost immediately, even when her body was asking for something different.

And for years, she kept going.

I think this is one of the patterns worth questioning in the way we build wealth:

How often do we become so responsible for keeping everything running that we stop listening to ourselves?

There is a cost to building success in a way that constantly overrides the body.

And sometimes, the courageous decision isn’t to push harder.

It’s to listen.

In Episode 2 of Patterns of Wealth, I sit down with Na’ama Moran to talk about what it means to walk away from a version of success that no longer fits—and begin reclaiming your needs, your rhythm, and your relationship with yourself.

Episode 2 — The Courage to Walk Away
Coming soon.

A week ago, I had never heard of Lynne Twist

On Friday, during a call, mentioned her work and recommended her book The Soul of Money. I immediately started reading it and I'm already in Chapter 7.

Without realizing that less than exactly week later, I would be sitting in her presence, listening to her speak in person.

This clip shares her perspective on how our society has spent generations developing the "muscles" of the masculine: doing, achieving, producing, solving, and how the feminine is now rising to meet it, not in opposition, but in integration.

Not either/or.

Both.

Structure and flow.
Action and receptivity.
Vision and deep listening.

I couldn't agree more with this perspective. I've been feeling it in my bones, as many of us have.

It's time to develop the qualities we've often neglected: the capacity to deeply feel, to receive, to pause, to listen, to connect through the heart, and to trust what is emerging.

And ultimately, to lead with both.

“What do you do?” is hard to answer.
So I asked GPT to create an image from everything it knows about me.

I build communities, connect ecosystems, challenge people to think differently, and design new patterns of wealth, governance, and collaboration.

Less extraction.
More coherence.
More ecosystem. ✨

You’re not stuck. I’ve been there…

You’re just trapped in a loop of planning, refining, and avoiding the move that actually changes things.

Perfecting can become avoidance.. or hiding…

This pattern keeps a lot of smart people invisible.

We go deeper into this in the first episode of The Patterns of Wealth.

Today is the day!!

The Patterns of Wealth is officially live.

This podcast was created for entrepreneurs, creators, and builders who want to create wealth in a way that regenerates life instead of draining it.

We’re exploring the psychological patterns behind money, fulfillment, purpose, self-worth, business, and impact.

Not just how to make wealth.
But who we become while creating it.

If you’ve ever felt the tension between success and alignment, this is for you.

First episode is now live!

Tomorrow, it’s finally here!!

🎙️ The Patterns of Wealth launches.

Conversations about money, authenticity, nervous system patterns, entrepreneurship, relationships, and the hidden conditioning shaping our lives.

This isn’t about getting rich quick.
It’s about becoming coherent enough to thrive.

First episode drops tomorrow with Phil Kreutzer.

04/05/2026

You don’t have a money problem.
You have a pattern.

Phil left his job…
saved money…
then burned it all chasing the next breakthrough.

“I know I’m one breakthrough away…”

Another program.
Another fix.
Another promise that this one would change everything.

It didn’t.

He calls it out for what it is:
the trap of using self-development to avoid what’s actually running your life.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing the work…
but still stuck in the same place…
this one will hit.

Episode drops May 7.
Stay tuned.
