Toddler group lessons 🏊‍♀️🌟

06/05/2021

So great to be back doing group lessons 😁🐟 babies and toddlers get so much more than just swimming from these classes. They improve eating and sleeping patterns. Great for thier digestive systems. For building confidence. To help them with separate anxiety. To have a play date within the water! A lovely bonding experience between adult and baby. Great for parents mental health and loads more... And that's without the most obvious and best reason to take them. Pool safety and learning to swim!

This is why you take your babies swimming... Because age 2 they have this kind of swim ability already!!! And safe by age 3 👍💚 she's doing soo well - especially when we missed so much swimming thanks to covid!!!

I have a space in my Saturday morning swimmming class (9.10 start). Child must be able to swim the length of the pool. Learning and improving strokes, working on stamina and fitness. Great for thier mental health and building immune system. Let me know if you are interested 🙂

She was basically swimming when she was still only 3 years, now only 4 years she's completely safe confident and happy swimming and learning strokes 😇💕
Well done to mum, dad and Nan (oma) for taking the time to bring her, especially when the lessons were on cold Sunday mornings 🤭👏👏
