egan studying martial arts at the beginning of the 1970s and trained in different martial art styles, Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and boxing. In 1984 he found Hwa Rang Do and lived in the Los Angeles headquarters for some time where he was trained by Dr Joo Bang Lee, Henry T. Lee, Eric T. Lee and other masters. In 1996 Klaus Wachsmann decided to walk the path of Modern Hwa Rang Do headed by Michael De Alba. In order to meet the needs of a modern martial art in the 21st century Klaus he also walked the path of „Farang Mu Sul“. So Hwarang Kwan Do is based on Hwa Rang Do and modern martial art concepts. His experience in the martial arts for 40 years Klaus heads numerous seminars and is chief instructor of many national and international clubs and schools. 30 years ago he founded "TeamWachsmann“ in which he works closely with his best students and by which he is a able to introduce the art of “Hwarang Kwan Do“ to a wider audience.
